This website is a little different. It’s where I share the work I create for myself.
Most of the ideas begin with something small. A conversation. An old photograph. A sign that’s been there for years. A discarded object. A memory that appears out of nowhere. I’m fascinated by the ordinary things we often overlook and the stories they quietly carry with them.
Nostalgia runs through much of my work, but I’m just as interested in the process of making as the finished piece. Collecting, pasting, arranging, printing, and experimenting are all part of the journey. The work grows from lived experience, drawing on everyday life and turning familiar moments into something worth looking at again.
Many of the prints are autobiographical in one way or another. They’re a way of recording places, people, memories and fleeting thoughts before they disappear. I don’t set out to recreate the past. I’m more interested in reinterpreting it, finding beauty and meaning in the things that most people walk straight past.
This site is simply a place to share that ongoing journey, the experiments, the finished prints and everything in between.
