State Talking Manchester
StateTalking is built on a simple idea. Every young person should have the chance to hear from people who’ve been there, done it and are willing to share their experiences.
The team trusted us to design a website that reflected that ambition. It needed to be clear, welcoming and easy to use, making it simple for schools, speakers and supporters to understand how the programme works and get involved.
The project connects state schools across Greater Manchester with inspirational speakers and relatable role models, helping young people see the opportunities that exist on their own doorstep. Every talk is provided free of charge, opening doors, broadening horizons and encouraging students to think differently about their future.
It’s always a pleasure working on projects that have a positive impact beyond the screen. Knowing the website plays a small part in connecting young people with new ideas, new careers and new possibilities makes this one especially rewarding.
